Files are pucked in a ZIP archive. You need to extract the ZIP file.
You can cut them on Glowforge, CNC machines for wood, Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio (Design Edition version, not for Basic version).

If you don’t see the SVG file, your computer has renamed it as a HTML file with a Google Chrome symbol. It’s still an SVG and works the same. You can open it correctly on your Cricut, Xtool or Glowforge app.
